Lois Barbara Allen CHASTAIN
12/14/1914 ~ 12/31/07 Lois Allen Chastain went to be with her Lord on December 31, 2007 at Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, WA at the age of 93. Born in Los Angeles in 1914, she at tended Franklin High and UCLA and was actively involved in the war effort with North American Aviation and the Red Cross. She married Russell Chastain in 1940 and moved to the Seattle area after his death in 1968. Active in state and local politics, she was committed to fitness and blessed with vibrant health into her 90#s. She is survived by children, Craig and Lynn Chastain, daughter- in-law, Kathy Chastain, grandchil dren, Erin Matayoshi, Bill and Wendy Wysock, and Jeremy and Les Brewer, and great-grandchildren, Hunter and Tanner Matayoshi, Cait lynn Wysock, and Hailey Brewer. The family extends grateful thanks and suggests memorials to The Wockner Hospice Center at Ever green Hospital.
