Darryl Wayne Cherry died Feb. 26, 2004, at age 49. Mr. Cherry was born June 5, 1954, in Philadelphia. He moved to Portland in 1995 and was a plant manager for Gage Industries. In 1976, he married Debra King.
Survivors include his wife; daughters, Darrelle Cherry, Deora Cherry and Darci Sams-Johnson; parents, Kelsie and Irene; sisters, Kelly Cherry, Karen Kennedy and Robin Evans; brother, Kevin; and three grandchildren.
Service later in Philadelphia. Remembrances to the Seattle Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center.
