Lynn Card
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 10, 2005, in Oregon City Bible Chapel for Lynn Card, who died June 25 at age 87. Lynn Meier was born June 13, 1918, in Oakland, Calif., and moved to Portland in the 1930s. She graduated from Lincoln High School and was secretary to the arts director at Irvington Elementary School for 11 years. In 1945, she married Jack Bailey; they divorced. In 1968, she married Owen Card; he died in 1979.
Survivors include her son, Ric Bailey; daughter, Marci Murray; sisters, Rosalee Dalzell and Althea Broom; brother, David Meier; and three grandchildren.
