Luis Ramon Contreras
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2006, in First United Methodist Church in Vancouver for Luis Ramon Contreras, who died Jan. 15 at age 55
Mr. Contreras was born Oct. 29, 1950, in Port of Spain, Trinidad, and immigrated to Portland about 1972. He was an interpreter for Multnomah County who moved to Vancouver about 1980.
Survivors include his daughters, Sheena Contreras and Olivia Dietzman; son, Noah; mother, Perla; brother, Wayne; and sisters, Sonja, Patricia and Maria.
