Richard Francis Carey Sr.
A funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 23, 2001, in Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home for Richard Francis "Rick" Carey Sr., who died Nov. 19 at age 60.
Mr. Carey was born Aug. 2, 1941, in Chester, Pa. He moved to Portland in the late 1950s and served in the U.S. Army. He was a car hauler for several companies for the past 30 years. In 1984, he married Kristine Johnson.
Survivors include his wife; daughters, Shannon Carey and Kathy Cook; son, Richard Jr.; stepsons, Wayne Jensen and Donny Jensen; and seven grandchildren.
Interment in Willamette National Cemetery. Remembrances to American Cancer Society.
