| Glenn L. Crawford Glenn L. Crawford, 65, passed away Monday, July 1, 1996 in Olympia, WA. He was born to George Glenn Crawford and Ophia Mae Johns, July 19, 1930 in Kansas City, MO. He attended high school in Los Angeles, CA. He married Joanne Haggard, June 21, 1953 in Bellevue, WA. He served in the Marines from 1948-1952, Marine Corp Recruit Depot, San Diego attaining rank of Staff Seagent. He worked as a State Patrol 1952-1965 as a civilian with assignments in Seattle, Wenatchee and Tacoma; Department of Motor Vehicles, 1966-1979 retiring as Assistant Director, he pursued a career in motor vehicle administration with the American Association of Motor Vechicle Administrators in Washington, D.C. from 1980-1991. He was a member of Olympia Elks, Olympia Gun Club NRA, First Christian Church Tacoma, Fairweather Lodge #82 Tacoma, and various camping clubs. Through the years he enjoyed boating, hunting, camping and after retirement black powder guns, RV travel and some foreign travel. He enjoyed his family and was very proud of them. He is survived by his wife Joanne, children Gary, Gregg, all of Olympia and Denise Sable, Alexandria, VA; 4 grandchildren.
