Born August 10, 1916 in St. Joseph, Missouri and passed away in Olympia, WA on July 22, 2008. Irene was a long time member of the Rainier Avenue Free Methodist Church in Seattle. Irene was a longtime resident in Auburn. She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Capps. She is survived by her sons: Frederick Capps, Robert Capps, Roger Capps, David Capps, and daughter Peggy Capps. Irene will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A urnside Committal will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn. Services entrusted to Price-Helton Funeral Home.
