Frank Alfred Burkett
Frank Alfred Burkett died Jan. 21, 2006, at age 89.
Mr. Burkett was born March 2, 1916, in Mexico, Mo. He served in the Navy during World War II. He moved to Portland in 1948 and worked as a millwright at Publishers Paper. He retired in 1974. In 1953 he married Cecelia Holt; she died in 1983.
Survivors include his niece, Lois Sandblast.
