Dorothy A. Bowker died April 3, 2004, at age 82.
Dorothy Allen was born Oct. 2, 1921, in Holtville, Calif. She was a school bus driver. She moved to Troutdale from Idaho in 1998. In 1943, she married John S.; he died in 1989.
Survivors include her sons, Bob, Ron and Randy; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
