| Mabel H. Barron, 104, of Marysville, Washington, passed away peacefully of natural causes on May 12, 2005. |
| Mrs. Barron was born December 25, 1900, in Bennezette, Pennsylvania. She moved with her parents, Herman and Emma English, to Vancouver, B.C. in 1910, then moved to Everett in 1911, and then to Marysville in 1974. |
| Mrs. Barron was a graduate of Acme Business College and worked as a secretary for C. A. Cruikshank Lumber Company until her retirement in 1973. |
| She was a member of St. Philip's Episcopal Church in Marysville and a member of Earl Faulkner Post No. 6 American Legion Auxiliary, having served as president in 1930 and 1931. She was also a member of the Past President's Club and a Charter Member of Salon No. 202 Eight and Forty. |
| She is survived by one niece, Alyce (Bill) Sawyer of Marysville; great-nieces; Lisha (Harv) Stevenson, Gayle (Don) Thorne, Kelli (John) Henricksen; great-nephew, Dave (Sue) Armistead; and four great-great-nephews, Brian (Beth) Henricksen, Ryan Ball, Jordan Armistead and Jason (Heather) Smith. |

| A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 21, at St. Philips Episcopal Church. |
