Joseph Tisdale Barnett 

A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23,
2006, in St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in
Oregon City for Joseph Tisdale Barnett, who died Jan.
17 at age 92. 

Mr. Barnett was born March 29, 1913, in Mount Vernon,
Ala. During World War II, he served in the Navy. He
moved to Portland in 1946. He was a stationary
engineer for the U.S. Postal Service. He married
Oattie "Pearl" Irvin in 1942. 

Survivors include his wife; sons, Tom, Joe, Bill and
Tim; daughters, Renne, Julie and Bev; eight
grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. 

Remembrances to any organization serving paralyzed or
disabled veterans. Arrangements by Peake.
