Klemett L. BELT

Died Thursday, December 22, 2005 in Glenbrook, Nevada.
He was 61. Klem or Butch was born on June 8th, 1944 in
Santa Monica, California to Klemett Belt Sr. and Olive
Belt. He was a graduate of the University of
California at Northridge. As a CPA, he began his
career working at the Department of Education and
Welfare. He went on to work for Peat Marwick &
Mitchell in Los Angeles and Seattle. It was there in
1970 that he met his wife Gwen. In 1986 he co-founded
Horizon CMS Healthcare, which was headquartered in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. Although accomplished in his
professional life, Butch was most proud of and devoted
to his family and God. Skiing, golfing, body surfing
and travel served as a backdrop for family gatherings.
He will be remembered as the resolute Captain of the
Jolly Roger. His sense of adventure and compassion for
others led him to involvement and support of missions
through World Concern. Surviving Klem is his wife
Gwen, daughter Tracey and husband Ryan, son Adam and
wife Wendy, sister Melinda and father Klemett Belt,
Sr.
