Russell E. 'Dick' Bibb 

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov.
12, 2005, in Rivergate Community Church in Portland
for Russell E. "Dick" Bibb, who died Nov. 7 of lung
cancer at age 76. 

Mr. Bibb was born May 15, 1929, in Pleasant Plains,
Ill. He served in the Air Force. He was a truck driver
and security guard and had lived in Scappoose and
Portland. In 1978, he married Sandra Clark. 

Survivors include his wife; sons, Russell Jr. and Lane
M.; brothers, W. Frank and Thomas; sister, H. Ruth
Benfit; and five grandchildren. 

Remembrances to the church. Arrangements by National
Cremation.
