Dorothy Mae Bartel
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2003, in Hillside Chapel for Dorothy Mae Bartel, who died Feb. 17 at age 69.
Dorothy Peacock was born April 26, 1933, in Cassville, Mo., and moved to Portland as a child. A homemaker, she moved to Oregon City in 1971. In 1981, she married Leonard E.
Survivors include her husband; son, Rick Matchett; brother, Earl Peacock; sisters, Mildred Pilotte, Edith Hilpertshauser, Ruby Stephenson and Grace Moss; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
