Helen Bibler

Helen Bibler died Oct. 17, 2003, at age 90. 

Helen Ruley was born April 6, 1913, in Portland, She graduated from Washington 
High School. She worked for the American Red Cross for 10 years, and was an office 
manager for the Easter Seals Society for 22 years. In 1940, she married Robert; he 
died in 2002. 

Survivors include her friends.
