Lois Jean BARICH 74, Born July 24, 1928 in Morenci, AZ. Passed away peacefully February 10, 2003 in Ellensburg, WA. Lois graduated from Olympic Junior College in 1948 and the Virginia Mason School of Nursing in 1951. As a registered nurse, Lois shared her caring and gentle manner with all those she had the privilege of serving. She retired form Virginia Mason Clinic and devoted her time to family, friends, and her love of gardening. Beloved wife for 50 years of Joseph E. Barich, Sr. Loving mother of Catherine Powers (Michael), Janet Mitchell (Donald E.), Mark Barich (Tara), Leslie Barich and Joseph E. Barich, Jr. Devoted grandmother of Ian, Brian, Christopher, Cheryl Anne, Benjamin and Crystal. Survived by sisters Dora Dichtenmiller and Margeurite Hartman (Kenton.) Viewing form 3 - 5:30 p.m. February 14, 2003 at Steward & Williams Funeral Home, 301 East Third Avenue, Ellensburg, WA. Recitation of the Rosary at 7:30 p.m. at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, 401 S. Willow Street, Ellensburg, WA. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 15, 2003 at 9 a.m. at St. Andrew's Catholic Church.
