Ocie Mary Burch (Wheeler)
Left us November 28, 2001. She was born on a December 29th in Coudersport, PA. She is survived by Louis (Perky) Wheeler, Greg Wheeler, James Burch, Jennifer Scholes, Donna Pagano and her cherished granddaughter, Alyssa. As a career civil servant and a military wife, Ocie traveled much of the world, living in China, Holland, Germany and Japan. Her years of service at Madigan she considered the best of her life, and she always carried in her heart the friends she made during that time. She was a fine woman, a dear friend, a loving mother and a devoted grandmother. We will all miss her. At her request, there will be no service. Memorials may be sent to Armed Forces Emergency Services. Pub Date: 12/5/2001
