SFC, U.S. Army Joe Bravo, born December 12, 1913 in Los Angeles, CA, passed away January 11, 2001 in Tacoma. Dad started at Pearl Harbor, Gua- dal Canal, Northern Solomons, Central Pacific. Battle of the Bulge, Germany, where he met our moth- er; went to Korea #53. Last conflict Vietnam with 4th Division. A true warrior. He came, he went, he left a legacy to his family. #United we stand, divided we fall.# His family will miss him until we are together again. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margot; Ramon and Patty, Joseph and Valerie, Diana, Rebecca and Doug, Mickle and Rose, Gearhart and Kelly; 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Special thanks to Group Health doctors, Dr. Al Shulman, Dr. Jaecks, Dr. Sands, the dialysis people, and friends. Private services will be held by the family.
