Clarence E. Bletcher
A service will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008, in Willamette National Cemetery for Clarence E. Bletcher, who died July 23 of cancer at age 86.
Clarence E. Bletcher was born March 10, 1922, in Fresno, Calif. During World War II, he served in the Army in Europe and North Africa. He was a retired welder who lived intermittently in Portland and Springfield. He had earlier lived in Klamath Falls.
Survivors include his daughters, Anne Bletcher and Margaret Corderman; and son, Albert.
