Doris Brooks 

Doris Brooks died Sept. 16, 2007, at age 84. 
Doris Pugh was born Sept. 10, 1923, in Walla Walla.
She moved to Portland in the early 1950s and was a
homemaker and nursing-home activities director. In
1942, she married Marvin M. 
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Mary Weerts
and Lora Brooks-Durding; son, John; three
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
