| Tamie JoAnn Bennett Tamie JoAnn Bennett 45, passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2007, while with her mother and sister in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born on March 21, 1961, in San Diego, California, and then moved to Everett, where she spent most of her life. She loved to travel and enjoyed such places as Fiji, Australia, New Zealand and Scotland. One of her travels landed her in Skagway, Alaska, where she opened her own business and brought into this world the greatest joy of her life, her daughter Mackensie. Tamie also had a great love for animals and would open her heart as well as her door to help any animal no matter how big or small in any way that she could. Tamie was known for her bubbly personality and was a very kind, compassionate and generous person who will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Tamie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Janet McElhany; grandfather, Ray Bennett; and uncle, Farrell Bennett. Tamie is survived by her beloved daughter, Mackensie; mother, Juanita Taylor; father, Daren (Barbara) Bennett; siblings, Tracie Bennett and Toni (Greg) Southard; aunts, Barbara Rinearson and Elaine (Wesley) Warbus; uncle, Leon (Connie) Bennett; grandmother, Eleanor Bennett; numerous cousins; dear family friend, Ed Noble; and her beloved dog and cat, Little Bear and George. A viewing will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, February 26, 2007, and a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy.
