Bettye M. Bader
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006, in First Unitarian Church in Portland for Bettye M. Bader, who died Sept. 29 at age 81.
Bettye M. Miller was born July 11, 1925, in Sacramento, Calif. She moved in 1952 to Portland. She worked for Mittleman Jewish Community Center, Lazerquick and Savin. In 1957, she married Jack; he died in 1996.
Survivors include her daughters, Kathleen Woodley, Constance Kirby, Judith P.B. Cross and Suzanne Bader; son, Christopher P. Lamb; brother, Raymond D. Schultz; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
