"Pee Wee" Harley Ray Beachamp Harley was born July 21, 1921 in Red Bluff, CA. After a long battle with health problems he passed away June 24, 1995 in Seattle, WA at the Veteran's Hospital. Harley was well known and loved by many, his generosity and personality will long be remembered. He spent his childhood in Red Bluff, CA attending and graduating from schools there. He attended college and majored in Engineering and graduated in St. Louis, MO. He was very well versed in many things and was highly respected for it. He never missed day of buying, and reading from front to back, 4 newspapers. He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles (always in ink), reading, traveling, gardening, playing practical jokes and doing repairs around the house. He loved life. His biggest love was visiting and conversing with his many friends. He enjoyed organizing and working with Eagles Lodges. His favorite e was the Columbia Basin Lodge in Moses Lake, WA. He served in the Armed Forces in WWII and he continued in construction until his health began to fail. Before his retirement he was a constructional engineer, working on highways, malls, and shopping centers both in the states and in Puerto Rico. He was a cook and bartender at the South Pacific Cafe for many years. He will be greatly missed by his many friends and Faye Kloster, his faithful companion of many years, who all admired and loved him.
