| Fred B. Bischoff Fred B. Bischoff, 93, died Fri., Sept. 8, 1995 at Tacoma, WA. Fred was born June 28, 1902 at San Diego, CA to Peter and Johanna Bischoff. Fred drove bus for Pickwick Bus Lines in the 1920's before going to work for Portland-Seattle Freight Lines as an office manager in Tacoma. He was honored several times for his excellent driving record. Fred was a lifetime member of the Retiree's Club of Teamsters Union Local #313. He was also a longtime member and Past Chancellor of the Order of Knights of Pythias, Commencement Lodge #7 in Tacoma as well as a member of the South Tacoma Eagles Aerie #2933. Fred was an avid sports fan, golfer and bowler. He enjoyed camping, gardening, baking, canning, travelling, pinochle and was a general handy man. Fred is survived by his wife, Mary Jensen Bischoff; 1 brother, Peter, Vancouver, WA; several nieces and nephews; 2 step-daughters, Mary Ann Altman and Margaret Bonilla. Memorials may be made to the charities of your choice. A memorial service will be held Wed., Sept 13, 1995 at 1 p.m. at the Hope Lutheran Church, 7209 So. Puget Sound, Tacoma.
