Alberto B. Alleyne

A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 9, 2004, in Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Vancouver for Alberto B. Alleyne, who died July 1 at age 59.
Mr. Alleyne was born Dec. 19, 1944, in St. Michael Parish, Barbados. He served in the National Bulk Merchant Marine for 12 years and immigrated in 1974 to the United States, settling in Portland. He was a machinist for Boise Cascade for 22 years. In 1984, he moved to Vancouver. He married Sandra McClendon in 1984.
Survivors include his wife; sons, Alberto Jr. and Christopher; daughters, Sharon Archer, Patricia Archer, Donna Archer, Jaycian Archer and Liza Archer; sister, Marva Rock; and brothers, Anthony, Randolph, Glenroy and Ivor; and 11 grandchildren.
