| A viewing will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, in Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes for Paul Alelyunas, who died Oct. 6 at age 83. |
| Mr. Alelyunas was born Jan. 18, 1922, in Philadelphia. He graduated from Western Maryland College and received a master's degree from Columbia University. He moved from California to Corbett in 1972 and later lived in Portland. He was a technical editor for the Bonneville Power Administration, as well as an artist who exhibited his work in local cafes and galleries. He married Carol Bundy in 1949. |
| Survivors include his wife; daughters, Catherine Alelyunas and Lino Lonsdorf; sons, Peter, Edward, Carl and Robert; brothers, Solomon Alelyunas and Harry Alley; and three grandchildren. |
