Paul Alelyunas
A viewing will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, in Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes for Paul Alelyunas, who died Oct. 6 at age 83.
Mr. Alelyunas was born Jan. 18, 1922, in Philadelphia. He graduated from Western Maryland College and received a master's degree from Columbia University. He moved from California to Corbett in 1972 and later lived in Portland. He was a technical editor for the Bonneville Power Administration, as well as an artist who exhibited his work in local cafes and galleries. He married Carol Bundy in 1949.
Survivors include his wife; daughters, Catherine Alelyunas and Lino Lonsdorf; sons, Peter, Edward, Carl and Robert; brothers, Solomon Alelyunas and Harry Alley; and three grandchildren.
