| Elizabeth Lou Donnici was born July 10, 1924, in Kansas City, Mo. She earned a master's degree at Yale University and was a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She worked for the Hood River Center for Living and, later, the state of Oregon. In 1980, she moved to Portland. She returned to Hood River in June. |
| Survivors include her son, Dennis; daughter, Melodye Andrade; brother, Jack Donnici; and two grandchildren. |
