| Steven Arthur AHLF July 15, 1937 - June 1, 2001. Born in Inglewood, California, Steve lived and worked in Hawaii and throughout the United States and World. Steve ran fishing boats and fished on the Grand Banks, in Alaska, the Pacific Northwest and California as well as in South America, Mexico and Sweden. He was also in construction building bridges and roads in the Middle East, Guam, New Zealand, Canada and Alaska. Steve ran a factory in Puerto Rico and operated naval research vessel in the Caribbean. At 6'6" Steve was a big man and his physique was matched by his great generosity, intelligence, humor and good nature. Steve loved his life, his wife and daughter, and many great friends. Steve was a member of the Ballard Aerie 172 FOE. Steve died suddenly of a heart attack and will be sorely missed. Preceded in death by his parents, Steve is survived by his loving wife, Kathy and daughter Rhue.
