Bynum, Gretchen Luepke Gretchen Luepke Bynum died July 3, 2010 in Fremont, CA. Born in Tucson November 10, 1943 to her parents, Gordon Maas Luepke and Janice Campbell Luepke. She is survived by her husband, Robert F. Bynum of Fremont, CA; her sister, Kristin Coleman (Steve); her brother, John C. Luepke and two nephews, John Robert Luepke and Michael Luepke. Gretchen had a distinguished career as a geologist with the US Geological Survey in Menlo Park, CA after receiving degrees from the Univ. of AZ in 1967. She is listed in Marquis Who's Who of American Women. A Memorial Service will be held in Fremont in August. A memorial tribute in Tucson is pending. Arrangements by CHAPEL OF THE ROSES.
