Bigger, Mamie Mamie Bigger, 87, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on July 9, 2010 at Glencroft Care Center. She was born in Protem, Missouri on September 22, 1922. She was a caring and giving woman who had great compassion for everyone she came to know. After 17 years of dedicated service as a baker for Harold W. Smith Elementary in the Glendale School District she retired in 1979. She was married to Hilly Bigger, who preceded her in 1993 after 54 years of marriage. She is survived by three children, Lloyd (Mar-tea) Bigger of Casa Grande, Harold Bigger of Holbrook, and Barbara (Chance) Whiteman of Glendale. She also had seven grandchildren: Marilyn (Eric) Johnson, Carolyn (Gilbert) Gogle, Greg Lopez, Steve (Patti) Lopez, Leon (Amy) Haulot, Chance (Allison) Whiteman, and Honey Bigger, sixteen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. The viewing will be at Chapel of Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale on Tuesday, July 13, from 5-8 pm.
