Casey, May Elizabeth

May Elizabeth Casey, 66, of Las Vegas, passed away June 27, 
2010. She was born Sept. 28, 1943, in Marion, Ohio. May met 
her husband, of 38 years, and moved to Las Vegas in 1968. 
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and 
friend. A onetime runner-up in the Miss Ohio Beauty Pageant, 
her outer beauty shined, but paled in comparison to her 
inner-beauty. She was truly a selfless person giving 
everything she had to her family, work and friends. May was 
fiercely loyal and protected those she loved. Known in her 
later years as "Mama May" to her grandchildren, she showered 
them with a love only she could. May is survived by her 
children, Casino, Lisa and Dom; seven grandchildren; and 
sisters. May was genuinely a loving and giving person, as well 
as our best friend. May will be missed intensely by all who 
knew her. Services were private.
