Hellman, Eldinora Lea
After a short struggle with Copd, an Angel came, called her by name and took her hand on May 12, 2010 at the age of 72 with her family by her side.
Preceded in death by parents Frank Elden and Bertie Duvall, brother Don, Ray, sister Ouida and grandson Benjamin Kieser.
Born on Aug 5, 1937 in Bois D' Arc, MO. A beautiful proud stately woman Who loved God and his only begotten son, Jesus.
"Eldie" as she was known, before moving to Reno lived in Riverton Wyoming where she was the President of Riverton woman's Civic League and Education Chairman of the American Cancer Society. Eldie retired after 17 years, One of Reno's premier top woman Executives as Manager of Arlington Towers home owners assoc.
She was an Artesian of oils as well as her kitchen, not to mention quite a Golfer in her day.
Eldie is survived by her husband of 17 years Daniel Hellman, sister Lois Stevens of Santa Ma, CA. Sons Michael Kieser (Lynn) of Winnemucca, NV. Ricky Lehnus of Reno, Daughters Michelle Hillman (Brian), Melinda Blount (John) of Reno. Stepchildren; Jannine Reed and Danny Hellman. Grandchildren; Andrea, Brian, Courtney, Casey, Austin, Kristyn, Katrina, Andy, Jennifer and Danny, Jr. Also three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be June 19, 2010, 11 a.m at St Pauls Episcopal Church 1135 12th St, Sparks, NV. Eldie was Loved by many and cared by all. She will be missed.
