Pachak, Andrew Joseph

Andrew Joseph Pachak of Glendale died June 13, 2010. He was 
born on November 6, 1988 in Pueblo, CO. Andrew is survived by 
his parents Timothy & Colleen Pachak and David & JoAnn Roth; 
sister Melissa Pachak and his niece Jenna Pachak. Also surviving are 
his grandparents, great grandmothers, aunts, uncles, cousins and 
many friends. A viewing will be held Friday, June 18th from 2-4 PM 
at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Road, Peoria with 
services following at 4PM. "Free at last! Thank God Almighty, I am 
free at last!"
