Chang, Herman K. Born in San Francisco April 8, 1928, passed away on Jan. 28, 2010. He is survived by sister Annie, brothers Harry and Calvin, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was a retired professional transportation engineer and freelance photographer. He was also an avid fisherman and abalone diver. Memorial services and internment took place on Feb. 6th 2010.
