| Fair, Justin David Justin David Fair, Ph.D., age 82, of San Diego, CA, died on February 20, 2010. Dr. Fair was born on May 15, 1927, in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of Clarence and Anna Marie Fair. He graduated from Whittier College, received a Masters Degree is Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University and a Ph.D., in Clinical Psychology from United States International University. Dr. Fair worked for the Travelers Aid Society of San Diego as Asst. Executive Director and Program Director, and the V.A. Counseling Center at San Diego State University. After receiving his Ph.D. he started his own firm, J. Fair Associates, where he did job placement and rehabilitation counseling. He is survived by his brother, Mervin Fair of Duarte, CA, sister, Donice Schneider of Long View, WA, niece, Debi Burton of San Diego, nephews David Fair of Portolo Valley, CA, Dennis Schneider of Olympia, WA, Wayne Schneider of Kelso, WA, Duayne Fair of Fountain Valley, CA, Tommy Fair of Fountain Valley, CA, and Joe Schneider of Palm Desert, CA. There will be a memorial service at University Christian Church (Chapel), 3900 Cleveland Ave., San Diego, CA 92103 on Saturday, March 13th, at 3:00 p.m. All family and friends are invited to attend.
