Hirst, Frank Lee Frank died peacefully in his sleep after a long illness at California Special Care. He was born in Pennsylvania in 1918. His family moved to Los Angeles, California when he was nine years old and there he received his education. He attended Cathedral High School and Loyola University and Law School. He worked for the federal govenment unitl 1953, at which time he moved to San Diego and went into private practice until he reitred in 1995. Frank is survived by his wife, Edith, stepchildren, Vicki, Norman, Charles and Rodney.
