Ahern, Martha Jane
Martha Ahern, 64, of Everett passed unexpectedly of a massive stroke on January 22, 2010. Martha was born on December 14, 1945 in Los Angeles, CA.
She was the beloved wife of Stephen Ahern for 43 years and the amazing mother of four children, Natalie, Dennis, Emily and Becky. She was a wonderful grandmother of six grandchildren. She was a sister, aunt, niece and friend. Martha loved deeply, cared and provided for many. She taught. She learned. She sang and laughed. She cherished and she blessed. Martha was pure and unselfish, understanding and patient. She was beautiful and funny, devoted and strong. She poured her love into quilts and crafts she made and the volunteer work she did. She left many with cherished memories. She is and will be terribly missed by all whose lives she touched.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, January 28, at St. Mary Magdalen Church; with a celebration of life luncheon immediately following.
