| Salgado, Joseph Alexander Sr. Joseph Alexander Salgado, Sr. passed away on January 27, 2010 at Samaritan Village in Prescott. He was born March 19, 1923 in Douglas, Arizona; the son of Justo and Genoveva Salgado. Joseph was a World War II Veteran who was very proud to have served his Country. He was an avid bowler and was very involved in the community. Joseph retired from the United States Post Office after 28 years of faithful employment. He dearly loved his grandkids and great-grandchildren. His kind and loving spirit will forever live on in all our hearts. Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Rose of 62 years; son, Joseph (Paula) Salgado Jr.; granddaughters, Jessica (Tommie) Cauthen, Melissa (Eric) Stumpf; and five great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and five brothers. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to Good Samaritan Village, 1030 Scott Drive. Prescott, AZ 86301. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with Scriptural Rosary to follow at 7:00 pm Friday, January 29, 2010 at HERITAGE MEMORY MORTUARY 131 Grove Ave. Prescott. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic 150 Fleury St. Prescott.
