Noble, Victoria (Vicki) Lynn NOBLE, Victoria (Vicki) Lynn, passed peacefully on December 26, 2009. Vicki's passage was assisted by the compassionate services of Grace Hospice. Vicki was born on November 3, 1954 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from both William T. Machan Grade School and North Phoenix High School, and attended Phoenix Union College. Vicki was a licensed commercial real estate property manager here in Phoenix. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Amelia L. Sellers; her partner-in-life, Stephen G. Lutostanski; her parents, Joseph V. Noble III and Phyllis J. Lautzenheiser; her step-parents, Joan A. Noble and Jon L. Lautzenheiser; her three siblings, Joseph V. Noble IV, Scott T. Noble and April L. Noble; her niece, Madison L. Glasgow; and her brothers-in-law, Robert M. Glasgow and David W. Hart. She is the former Mrs. Gerard Jones of Seattle, WA. A memorial service will be held in Phoenix at The Arizona Biltmore, 2400 East Missouri Avenue on January 9th, 2010 at 11:00 AM.
