Dill, Valerie Born September 18, 1953 in St. Louis, MO, and a longtime resident of Sacramento, CA passed on December 30, 2009. She leaves four loving and devoted children, DeAnna L. Dill, LaNeica S. Adams, TraVonn D. Dill, and LaVonn D. Dill, and caring mother Jeanie Watts (Willie); four grandchildren, Levi, Joshua, Isaiah, Elijah; eight siblings; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Friends are welcome for visitation today Thursday, January 7, 2010, 3-7pm at MORGAN JONES CHAPEL OF CHIMES, 4200 Broadway, and attend her homegoing celebration on Friday, January 8, 2010, 10am at New Testament Baptist Church, 5646 34th Street.
