Jeannine was born Oct. 3, 1956, in Granada Hills,
Calif. Jeannine served in the U.S. Army from 1979-1980
in the 9th Signal Battalion, and from 1980-1982 in the

Family wrote: "Jeannine loved the outdoors, providing
she had her comforts. She liked to fish, but would not
touch the bait or fish. She kept her husband laughing.
She was the love of his life through thick and thin.
She liked wild game, providing she didn't know she was
eating it. She liked shopping on eBay, and seeing the
world. She always loved being with friends. She liked
to talk, which her husband does little."
Her husband stated, "Jeannine loved life and God. Her
son was the center of their lives. Losing him hurt,
but together they were moving forward. She has gone to
the "other side" to be with Cameron and the Lord. I
miss her. We would like to thank all of our friends
and our family. You all are the best. You have been
there with us during both events, thank you!"
Jeannine is survived by her husband, Robert Carter;
mother, Beverly Flannery; and brother, Mike Flannery.
She was preceded in death by her son, Cameron C.
Carter, and father, Robert Flannery.
