Alexander, Vernon John 2 10/24/1967 11/12/2009 Vernon was born in Newport Beach, Calif He was a sergeant first class in the U.S. Army Vernon is survived by his wife, Leslie Johnston Alexander; and mother, Carol Plascencia. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, in St. Paul Lutheran Church. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23, in Willamette National Cemetery.
