Armstrong, Ronald Marcy 40 7/11/1969 10/20/2009 A memorial service for Ronald Marcy Armstrong will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, in Gresham Memorial Chapel, 257 S.E. Roberts Ave., Gresham. Ronald passed away Oct. 20, 2009, in Portland at age 40. Ronald was born July 11, 1969, in Doyles Town, Pa. He worked for Boeing for the past 12 years. On June 21, 1997, he married his soul mate, Vanessa Carlson. Ronald enjoyed the outdoors and golf. He loved science, watching the news and the NASA channel. Ronald is survived by his wife, Vanessa; daughters, Monica Gepner and Amanda Hogan; son, Laine Armstrong; mother, Barbara Armstrong; brother, Tim Armstrong; grandmother, Peg Means; uncle, Bill Means; and grandson, Beau Caires.
