Evelyn was fun loving, adventuresome, strong, and independent. She loved to read, play card games, go to symphonies, and fish in Greer. Her true love, however, was celebrating holidays by filling the house with decorations, music, delicious foods, and gifts. Her generosity was not only limited to family but extended to the to the community through her volunteerism and charity work. Evelyn's life was blessed with good friends, fun family gatherings, and exotic travels. She is survived by her daughters, Judy (Michael) Walsh and Janet, her son George, her two granddaughters, and her four great grandchildren.
