ARMOR, Ruth Esther (Age 91)

Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother went to the
Lord on September 14, 2009. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Ruth
worked for many years at the Federal Reserve Bank and married her
high school sweetheart, Eric, during WW II. After the war, they
settled in Southern California where they raised their family.
Eric preceded her in death in 1969. Ruth moved to Spokane in 1983
where she was able to live in her own home until her death. Ruth
was quick to laugh, always had a joke to tell and a smile to
share. She will be sorely missed for her unconditional love and
emotional support. She is survived by her daughters Judith Armor
of Spokane, Ruth Fuselier of Mead, Margaret McMahan of Venice, CA
and son James Armor of Spokane. She was extremely proud of her
eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She had special
memories of her grandson, Jeffrey Armor, who passed away in 1987.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, September 26th,
at 3:00 PM at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 7307 N. Nevada. Her
family requests that in lieu of flowers donations in her name may
be made to the Hillyard Senior Center, Providence/Holy Family
Adult Day Center, or Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Online guest
