Elizabeth Lone BURKE

On September 15th, 2009, Beth passed peacefully with a parting
smile, at home surrounded by her family at the age of 42
following an 11 year battle with cancer. Beth grew up in York, PA
before moving to Atlanta where she graduated from the Medical
College of Georgia and worked as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
In Atlanta, Beth met and married her soul mate, Scott Burke. She
moved to Lake Forest Park, WA and spent the last 11 of her 14
years there raising her beloved son, Christian, as a full-time
Momher greatest joy. Beth will be remembered for her
vivaciousness for living life to the fullest, the love she shared
for her friends, family and those fortunate enough to cross her
path as well as her unwavering faith and hope in Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Scott, son Christian,
brother Rob Lone, mother Roberta Lone, father Robert Lone and
many nieces, nephews and extended family. A celebration of her
life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday September 20th, 2009 at
Lake Forest Park Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers,
donations can be made to HWIFC Cancer Research Group
(www.ehealthandhealing.com) or Soulumination
(www.soulumination.org).
