Ashworth, James Ollen Jr. 58, of Phoenix, Az, passed through the veil of life and into a glorious reunion with family members and friends in Paradise on August 18, 2009. Jim was born in Catawissa, MO on September 22, 1950. Jim is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lorinda, his daughter Angela, and his furry pals Gizzie and Susie Q. Jim will be greatly missed by his loving family, friends, and pets. Jim was an instant friend to all he met. Jim was a man of many accomplishments in life and truly respected by those who knew him. Many of Jim's talents involved his love of cars. He was the MASTER. There wasn't a car made that he couldn't make run, make run faster, or make more beautiful. No funeral services will be held per his wishes. There will be a celebration of his life held for close friends and family members at a later date. In lieu of flowers, as a lover of all animals, Jim's preference was that donations be made to the Arizona Human Society, 1521 W. Dobbins Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85041, in his name.
