Mary Jo DeCHAINEAU 

In loving memory of MaryJo (Jo) DeChaineau who passed away at 
Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, Wa. on July 16 2009. Jo was born 
July 27, 1932 to Frank and Helen Podlasek in Bowlus, Minnesota, 
became an operating room registered nurse then married and moved 
to the west coast, finally settling in the Bellevue, Wa. area 
where she lived for 50 years. Jo gave up her operating nurse 
career to raise four children but then returned to the nursing 
field as a clinical nurse after her children had grown up, to 
finish out her career. Jo is survived by her two daughters Denise 
Perry and Cheryl Barton, one of her two sons Robert (Bob) 
DeChaineau and two granddaughters Lindsey and Michelle Perry. Jo 
will be deeply missed by her family and will always be in their 
hearts. Jo will be placed in a niche at Bonney Watson's 
Washington Memorial Park in SeaTac next to her other son Joseph 
(Joe) DeChaineau, as she wished. A private family service will be 
held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to
