| Louis Clifford "Butch" Belden, III born February 2, 1953, in Tucson, passed into eternity July 12, 2009 in Snowflake, Arizona. Self-taught Southern Arizona anthropologist, historian, geologist, rock-hound, silversmith, artist, and car restorer, Butch was most at home camping in the desert, poking around for traces of Arizona's long lost civilizations, or prospecting for minerals. He is survived by his daughter, Shannon, of Phoenix; stepsons, Jason Miller and Ian Miller, as well as five other sons and daughters, Louis, Jimmy, Priscilla, Lindsay, and Brandon, all of Tucson; eight grandchildren, his mother, Jean Klotz, and brother, Jim Klotz, both of Placerville, California; his children's mothers, Beverly (Shannon) and Elizabeth, also survive Butch. His father, Louis Clifford Belden, and stepmother Dorothy, preceded Butch into eternity. Family and Friends from around Arizona will join to remember Butch on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 10:30 a.m, in Snowflake, Arizona at the Living Faith Christian Center, 505 S.
