Fox, Susan
On Friday, April 23, 2010, our gracious Lord called our beloved wife, mother and friend, Susan Fox, home. She was born in Yuma on January 7, 1955.
Susan married Michael on June 7, 1971, and lived in the Yuma area ever since.
Susan leaves behind her loving husband, Michael Fox; three children, Nicole (Doug) Murray, Michael (Rendee) Fox and Natasha (Bill) Higuera; grandchildren, Kyle Cole, Seth and Emri; her mother Jeanette McFarland; her sister, Karen Blackledge and her brother, Les Whitaker.
Susan was preceded in death by her brothers, Lynn and Steven Whitaker father, John R. Whitaker.
A celebration of Susan's life will be held Funeraria del Angel on Thursday, April 29, 2010 from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a rosary service being offered at 7:00p.m. Father Rusty Monahan, will officiate the Funeral Mass which will be held at St. Thomas Indian Mission on Friday, April 30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with graveside services immediately following at Desert Lawn Memorial.
The pallbearers will be Michael Fox Jr., Les Whitaker, Douglas Murray, William Higuera, Mike Curtis and Tom Beltran. Altar servers will be Kyle and Cole Murray.
The family requests that in lieu of gifts or flowers that those wishing to contribute, donate to the Miss Linda's Home Trust, at Chase Bank, 1710 W. 16th Street, Yuma, Arizona 85364, or to St. Thomas Indian Mission, Winterhaven, California.
